Marketing Partner Referral Policy

Participation

Marketing Partner status is assigned by the organization to selected accounts and is separate from the partner’s VPN plan. Eligibility for payments, including whether renewals qualify, follows the individual arrangements communicated to the partner.

Attribution and separation

Customers must be attributed through an approved code or link before their first qualifying purchase. A marketing-attributed sale does not also earn customer referral programme credits or referral-plan rewards. Separately authorized buyer promotions follow their own terms.

Estimated referral rewards

Estimates use the customer’s actual confirmed payment after discounts, not the listed plan price, and the partner’s individually assigned rates. Displayed amounts are estimates subject to deductions, refunds, chargebacks, abuse review and discretionary approval. They are not guaranteed payouts. Assigned rates and individual payout arrangements are communicated separately.

Organization’s discretion

Referral rewards are discretionary. Participation, a recorded referral, a sale or an estimate does not by itself establish an unconditional claim to payment. The organization may approve, withhold, reduce, reverse or refuse rewards at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law and any binding individual agreement. Approval status does not mean funds have been transferred.

Abuse and responsible promotion

Self-referrals, fabricated accounts, attribution manipulation, spam, misleading claims, fake reviews and impersonation are prohibited. Partners must accurately describe the service and clearly disclose that they may receive a referral reward. Suspected abuse may lead to withheld rewards, suspension or termination.

Review, changes and applicable rights

Payout methods, review timing and any individual arrangements are communicated separately. The organization may change or withdraw the programme or end participation, subject to applicable law and binding agreements. Adjustments are reflected in reward statements.
